No Returns, however if we ship you the wrong item we'll reship your order without delay at no additional cost to you, of course. If the software is defective please describe thoroughly what issues you are facing and e-mail us for support.

Where is my package?
1. You should have received a shipping confirmation email from us the day your order was shipped. If you have not received this email, please let us know and we will resend the email.
2. If your order was shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Canada Airmail, you should receive it within 5 Business Days from date of shipment. If it has been longer than 7 days, please check with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the package for you. Many Postal workers do not feel comfortable leaving packages when no one is home and may have left a pick up notice in your mail box.
3. If your order was shipped via the United States Postal Service's Media Mail, you should receive it within 12 Business Days from date of shipment.
4. In the unlikely and unfortunate event your package has been lost, please be patient. Our number one priority is to ensure customer satisfaction. Please contact us if you feel your package is delayed or may be lost.
