No, I am not a real nurse. I am only a nurse to purses. In my other life, I am a special education teacher, and grandmother of six. I nurse the purses back to life in the evenings and on weekends. That is also when I answer emails, submit listings, and ship out.
I started doing this because I cleaned out my closets and found a market for my own Coach bags, that for various reasons, I was not using. I slowly learned how to recondition them from leather dye professionals and became interested in restoring other bags as well. I replaced my Coach bags with others that better suited me and restored them.
Coach bags really do need restoring as I learned from my own. The "naked leather" in Coach bags absorbs water and oils from hands. They also fade, either in spots or over large areas. My process cleans them inside and out. I am not able to remove most ink stans. I recolor many of them, with their original color,. I have spent a great deal of time and money finding the right sources for the correct colors and products that will restore a bag to what many have told me is better than new. My colors do not come off with normal use. They do not absorb water, stains, or oils from hands. When you purchase one of my bags, you will get a bag that is in the best condition that it can be in.
About Feedback: I describe bags completely, including notable flaws. You will not find bad surprises in your bag. I do not note every tiny indentation that would be considered normal for used items. Please read the listing thoroughly and look at the photos carefully. I realize that you are unable to examine these bags yourself, like in a store, so I attempt to show you many photos and descibe them accurately. I use the Golden Rule as a guide, because I have been treated unfairly as an eBay buyer myself. I will not do that to you. I take many photos of the bags just before listing and right after restoration. Ask questions that you have before bidding, not after. I do not deserve negative or neutral feedback when buyers do not read listings completely or ask questions. I ship out VERY fast.
I have received 2 negative feedback. The first occurred when eBay was very new and My Ebay did not exist. The only way to be notified of a winning bid was through email. I won a software item, but my email provider went out of business and I could not even find out if I won. Searching the item number only told me that the item ended. Two weeks later, I searched for the item again and found the same seller. I contacted the seller and paid for the item, but negative feedback had already been left. The second occured more recently when a buyer expected a newer looking bag and demanded that I refund her money (plus shipping both ways) that very day, even before returning it to me. She made a false claim about the transaction with PayPal (told them I sold her a different bag than pictured) and was not successful. The result was a retalitory negative that I did not deserve.

If your Coach bag has no hangtag, you can call Coach customer service at 1-888-262-6224. Tell them the registration number, color of leather and metal and they will send you one, free. They will also replace the brass or nickel turnlocks without charge. I replace the loose ones before listing, but they could become loose at anytime.
I have noticed that many people will watch my items but not bid. You are encouraged to bid early to ensure your position. I do end items early if there are insufficient or no bids. I will not give these beautiful bags away for less than my cost.
