About Me

 I created this page to let you know a little about me. My name is Tracy. I am married and have three teenage daughters who are very much into sports. I am a substitute teacher at all grade/education levels from preschool through adults. To replace this income during the summer we used to sell items at flea markets and toy shows, but health issues have recently forced me to give that up. My husband is a merchandiser for a major soft drink company.

Why Buy From Me

 I know how customers and people in general want to be treated in person, and as I begin selling again on eBay I will treat my online customers with the same respect I give my family, students and my face-to-face buyers. Not only do I have experience in face-to-face customer service, but my feedback will tell you I also have LOTS of experience as an eBay buyer. Therefore, I strive to provide you with the same things I look for in a seller.
  • I accept PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks, and personal or business checks. I will at all times abide by the eBay Safe Payments Policy. If you want to pay in a way not specifically mentioned above but still approved by eBay please let me know. To my knowledge the only payment I can't accept is credit cards direct.

  • Shipping will be same or next business day after ANY form of payment reaches me. Shipping is included in your bid, so you will not be surprised later with sky-high shipping charges.

  • Delivery confirmation is included on every package. You are welcome to add any shipping "extras" (such as insurance) at your expense, but I will never insist on them.

  • Once you get your item, if you are not totally pleased with it I will gladly refund your purchase price AND original shipping charges. In most cases I will need to have the item returned to me before issuing a refund.
