Thank you for bidding on and/or viewing my auctions. I most always ship items within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment (sometimes on the same day). If you have any questions, please email me before bidding.

Please know that I am an experienced and trustworthy eBayer. I want you to be happy with your purchase!

My policy about leaving feedback:

It is now my policy to leave feedback after you have left feedback for me. Your positive feedback will let me know the transaction is complete. I will then be more than happy to post feedback for you. My auctions are described with accuracy. No returns are accepted. If a problem should arise that makes you feel inclined to leave less than positive feedback, please have the courtesy to email me before doing so and I will try my best to assist you.

A note about eBay's new feedback system. Please keep in mind that my shipping charges include handling (receiving and shipping, and packaging materials), and  I take great care with packaging to you to make sure your item arrives undamaged, not to mention gas to get to the post office. There are several types of packages that take me a lot of time and effort to prepare. Please keep in mind that you fully agreed to my shipping charges when you purchased your item when leaving feedback.

If you have excessive negative feedback comments or have left excessive negative feedback comments for no good reason, I reserve the right to cancel your bid and/or deny the transaction.

Should a delay in delivery occur:

Only a few packages have been delayed through the postal service. Those delays were the fault of the postal service. If you do experience a delay in delivery, please notify me asap, and I will do what I can. We are at the mercy of postal system rules. Any negative comment about a delayed delivery through the postal service should be directed to the postal service, and not to me. Delays happen, but they happen rarely & your patience would be appreciated!

If for some reason I am at fault, I will notify you as soon as I am aware of a problem. Please be sure to notify me if you notice a problem and I will do everything in my control to make it right.

Should damage or loss occur:

Fortunately, damage or total loss is very rare. Please know that I package items carefully, but a few packages have been damaged by the postal service (less than 0.2%). They do a good job considering the amount of packages they handle, but I strongly suggest you purchase insurance. Please remember that any package lost or damaged by the postal service is not my fault & any negative comment should be directed to the postal service.

If you have purchased insurance, I will forward the information required for you to make a claim. You are then responsible for making a claim of reimbursement with U-Pic. Please be aware that the original packaging may be required for your claim.

If you have not purchased insurance for an item & have a problem, I will do what I can, but there is not much I can do & you assume full responsibility for loss or damage. 

If you have not purchased insurance & file a charge back claim, you will receive collection notices for the item cost including S&H, plus any fees that I incur through eBay & PayPal. Charge back claims are not a joke & costly to the buyer and seller. Remember, it is your choice to purchase or not purchase insurance.

By bidding on my auction, you agree to the terms of sale posted in the auction. Your action of bidding is a legally binding contract to those terms.

I do not sell copies or bootlegs or otherwise unlawfully made items. I do not sell items before street date. Every item I sell is authentic and has either been purchased by me or given to me by an authorized dealer or record store.

As such it is my specifically allowed right to sell these items under The Copyright Laws of the United States [17 USC 109(a)] which states: "the owner of a particular copy or phonorecord lawfully made under this title, or any person authorized by such owner, is entitled, without the authority of the copyright owner, to sell or otherwise dispose of the possession of that copy or phonorecord."  

I would also like to add that record stores throw away so many items that are given to them. I am rescuing items from the trash bin and thus the landfill, helping to make for a healthier planet, as well as doing the artist/band a service to get this product in the hands of the fans (rather than the landfill) so that these items can go further to promote the artist/band and your label.
