Guarantee:
All of our parts and accessories are guaranteed for 90 days. Air Conditioner Compressors have a 12 month warranty when required items are purchased at time of compressor purchase.
For one year 12000 mile warrant purchase of accumulator/filter-drier,
expansion device (orifice tube, or expansion valve, hose assembly that has a muffler (cannot be flushed).
In-line suction filter required at time of compressor purchase.
Cancellations:
We know that circumstances arise that may make it impossible for you to complete a transaction.
Once an auction has ended all parties are under obligation to fulfill their contract.
If you cannot fulfill your obligation, we will allow you to cancel for a cancellation fee of 10 % of auction price or $ 3.00, whichever is greater.
This fee is to cover our listing fee, final value fee, and related marketing costs.
Returns:
All returns, unless our shipping error, must be shipped prepaid back to our warehouse.
Replacement will be shipped no charge if item is defective, or refund will be issued via pay pal or company check.
All returns must be pre-approved by email.
Shippments:
We make every effort to keep your shipping cost to a minimum; we ship USPS or UPS to the lower 48, and USPS for Alaska, Hawaii and International. Please be aware that there are some restriction on international shipments as far as size. Also due to additional security after 911, there are delays in customs, we are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged items by the carrier. If you wish to insure your shipment, make a request prior to payment. Please go to the Shipping and Payment Details section of our ad and enter your Zip Code to calculate your shipping charge. Additional fees are added for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International orders so give us a call or email us for shipping information to these locations.
