Shipping Instructions: (United States Bidders)

• Single items will be shipped via UPS or USPS mail by our discretion!
• Heavy items shipped to P.O. Boxes will carry a different shipping rate then listed.
• U.S. Territories and Puerto Rico bidders must email us for shipping rates.
• Buyer is responsible to contact the seller prior to bidding regarding shipping rates.
   

Shipping Instructions: (Canada Bidders)

• All shipments to Canada will be shipped using UPS standard ground.
• Payment via PayPal with a confirmed Postal Box, item will be shipped using USPS.
• We are not responsible for additional shipping charges or duties set by customs!
• If you do not agree with the above shipping options, then please do not bid.

• Shipping within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico only!

• We do not ship using UPS to APO / FPO or PO Box addresses.

• We are not responsible for lost items in shipment.

• We strongly recommend adding insurance for shipment.

• Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges including Customs fees.

• Payment is expected within 5 days of auction close.

• All items include a 10 day against DOA warranty unless stated otherwise.

• We must receive feedback in order to give feedback.

Return Policy:

• For all returns an RMA number is required.

• All RMA numbers supplied have a 10 Day Grace period from the time of issue and will not be reinstated.  All RMA numbers are void after the 10 Day Grace Period.

• If merchandise is defective we will supply you a replacement or store credit only. 

• Items that were listed incorrectly will be exchanged or offered store credit.

• We will exchange an item that was wrongly shipped.

• All replacements or credits depend on our store inventory or availability.

• Returns must have all original packaging and accessories.

• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance including return shipping.

• Absolutely no refunds on any type of shipping or insurance.

• Items returned and found to be defective free will be returned at buyer's expense.

• All items that are sold AS-IS and untested are non-refundable and non-returnable.
