Service Policies
Please keep in mind that guitars can come in a wide variety of designs and configurations. We cannot guarantee that an aftermarket item will fit your guitar without modification. We can not guarantee or warrant that our parts will be compatible with a product from another manufacturer or distributor. However, we will gladly replace or refund (less shipping charges) any part if you are not satisfied with it as long as it has not been altered or damaged in any way.
We charge a flat fee of $5.00 on most items for both shipping & handling. This helps cover all the costs of providing this service including postage, packaging, labor and inventory overhead. When you purchase multiple items however, shipping & handling is usually only $1.00 for each additional item except for larger pieces like bodies and necks. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for your item. Packages can get lost or damaged in transit and you should purchase insurance to handle this situation. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we can reship a replacement after 30 days for domestic shipments and 45 days for international shipments. We reserve the right to hold shipping for up to 10 days if a confirmed shipping address is not provided via PayPal.
Please ask all questions prior to bidding as all sales are final. Bid with confidence because all auctions are guaranteed not DOA. Most items ship within 1-3 business days of payment. Good luck and happy bidding!
