50 years later sewing is still my passion.  I read extensively on quilt history, of dating quilts and fabrics following Ms Brackman's extensive collection of writing and historical information. 

It is a comfort nothing can match.  I revel in the new fabrics, reproductions to the latest novelty in panels, buy all the magazines eagerly following along with tips and techniques.  I see it as art and follow designers.  Early fabric and quilt design draws me in.  I love colour, texture, pattern, print, weave and weight.  As I am about to retire join me with your passions for a journey into quilts, quiltmaking and fabrics, old and new.
