We get all of our merchandise through a reverse supply chain from major retail stores. What does that mean? Well it's simple! A consumer has purchased this item from the retail outlet and brought it back for a variety of reasons as a return. Most of the items are in new or like new condition. Many times people get these items as presents and do not have a need for them, other times they misunderstand what the units purpose is, and in other cases they just prefer a different model. In some cases the CD or user guide may be missing but this can typically be downloaded from the manufacturers website.
