Thank you, first of all, for taking the time to find out more about me.  I hope your visit to my auction site on Ebay will be a very pleasant one on ebay, weather it is your first time or one-hundredth.

I am 40 years old and I have 10+ years experience in selling on ebay and dealing with antiques.  Selling started out as from buying some stereo equipment from the Salvation Army for 25.00 and sold it on ebay for over $4,000.00 and it grown from there and still growing.  Currently I sell for numerous individuals that maybe need extra income due to medical expenses or just trying to clean out their home and/or store.  Recently I sold, in 2007, a scrimshaw horn at Christy's Auction in New York for over $6,000.00.  During this selling experience, I have ran across some strange and unusual situations.  If you have any concerns about my merchandise or selling ethics, please do not hestitate in emailing me at rgcole@visuallink.com.  I will be the first to say that I am very open to one on one communication. NONE of my items have been stolen. I screen my clients very well and they are under contract that says they agree under law that their items are not stolen. If you find otherwise, I will help in any way to help in any investigation.

My goal:  To sell, satisfactory, across the world and give the best product that is available to me.  My auctions is 100% guarantee if I, in any way, GROSSLY misrepresent any item.  this does not include the cost of shipping it back to me.  This will be up to the buyer.  I try and take numerous pictures as I feel that pictures are worth a 1000 words.  Sometimes I miss something that may cause that product to be misrepresented and I feel a full refund would be in order.  My goal is not to scam anyone or do anything that I wouldn't do for my own mother.  Ask questions.  I work numerous hours on ebay and I check my emails on a very regular basis.  If you need a picture of a different angle of the product you're interested in, let me know that also.  I am here to make your experience on ebay a very pleasant one so that you will visit "RACCOON" again.  I also try and made this a fast turn around from closing of auction to you, as a customer, receiving your package.  The faster you pay, the faster you will get your package. 

SHIPPING:  If you can get shipping any cheaper.....you show me.  Since USPS have increased their shipping rates, I have been getting a lot of negative input on my shipping prices.  I am charging only what I pay for.....so if you don't like my shipping....please email me.

IMPORTANT: I do require everyone to contact me within 3 days after their auction has ended on their status of payment weather it be paying by paypal or sending payment in the mail.  I believe open communication is very important and I do my best to keep that line open.  I want everyone to know what is going on with their transactions and the status of their orders.  I do ship three days a week, M-Wed-Fri.  If payment has not been made within a timely matter, I will file a non-paying bidder alert to ebay and NEGATIVE feedback will be left.
