We've been doing this "Ebay thing" for about 2 years now and just love working with all you great people! We love being able to work at something together and though it's a lot of work we wouldn't want to do anything else!
Rachel's favorite part is opening up boxes of goodies that we are going to list (she thinks it's like Christmas going through all the pretty clothes and shoes!) and she also loves to "cut-up" in emails with Buyers (it helps her keep a smile all day long). Jon's favorite thing is seeing all the neatly labeled and stacked packages going out to Buyers (he is the mail room guru!) and of course...University of Virginia football (nothing to do with Ebay, but just an FYI).
But the thing that we BOTH love is the happy positive feedback that lets us know we've put a smile on our Buyer's faces! It's our goal that...When you Shop with Rachel & Jon, you Shop with a Smile!

Help! How does your "First Item & Additional Item" shipping work?
Glad you asked! Auctions with a First Item Rate and Additional Item Rate, are calculated as so:
Purchases of 1 Item - The rate for the "First Item" is used as your shipping and handling cost.
Purchases of More Than 1 Item - The highest value "First Item" rate is used your first item. (Your first item is not the first one you bid on or the first one that ends) Any additional items will use the "Additional Item" rate noted in each particular auction. Add up each rate and you will know what shipping and handling will be! Viola!
Ex: You purchase 2 pair of shoes, a shirt and a lingerie item. The first pair of shoes will use the "First Item" cost (since that rate is highest) and all other items will use the "Additional Per Item" cost listed in each particular auction.
