I don't deal a lot on eBay but I am a pretty responsible buyer/seller. If Paypal is the method of payment, within 2 hours of winning a lot (and receive payment information), I send the payment, ASAP. If the lot requires payment via Money Order, I send out the payment the next day. Of course, there are times when I am away from my computer, but even then, I inform the buyer/seller immediately via email (should there be any delays).
