The fact that I always strive for 100% customers satisfaction still prevents me from promising you that nothing will ever go wrong....[ it's called "LIFE"].... if you are unsatisfied about anything regarding the purcase of an item, please do not hesitate to contact me immediately first ! Since Ebay will not now allow sellers to leave a negative comment anymore if there's a transaction gone arrawy, just leaving me a Negative or Neutral feedback without first contacting me about the issue, or without give me a chance TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM ....will only result in your being blocked permanantly from bidding on any future items of mine. I'm fairly new at E-bay, having less than 100 purchases. In the short amount of time I've been here, been disapointed a couple of times, surprised beyond beleif a couple of times, and picked up a couple of really nice places to spend my bucks. Recently, I decided to purchase some vintage eye frames to replace my current ones. I finally won an auction, and when I received the purchase, I was disapointed, not realizing that I had to be extra careful with sizing of eye glass frames, particularly if I'm buying frames that some little old granny used to wear back in the 1940's-1950's. I'm 5'8" and fairly stocky. Needless to say, the frames had to go back. I contacted the seller, Lynn at RAGSNROSES, and boy, did I get the surprise of my life. I had anticipated that I would be hasseled, but instead this lady rocked! NOT A PROBLEM!!!! I shipped them back to her and she refunded my money plus shipping the next instant AND.... she even refunded my cost to ship the frames back to her. IS THAT COOL OR WHAT???? Talk about customer service, this E-bayer had single handedly did more for me as far as customer service than any of the other 80+ purchases that I have made, and I am very happy to sing her praises. PUT HER ON YOUR LIST OF STORES TO SHOP!!!!
