Hello!

I’m the fellow who runs Need A Penny. Well my wife helps me run it as well.. But I take the credit. Truth is I couldn’t do it without her. I began coin collecting some years ago after inheriting a collection and realizing how fun it can be. Soon I found myself scouring change at work, going to coin shops, dumping buckets of out to search through. All in all I found the beauty of the hobby. EBay facilitated quite a bit in filling my collection so I began to think what could be more fun than collecting? Helping others with their collecting.. It’s sort of a second job for me, however as the old adage goes “Find a job you enjoy, you won’t work a day in your life” I have found that job I enjoy. Every time I get a feedback thanking me for helping fill a collection, I remember how cool it was to help fill mine and now I am helping other partake and take pleasure in the same hobby I enjoy so much.
