We sell a wide variety of merchandise focusing first on handmade wood products and hard to find and /or popular toys, novelty gifts, home decor, wall decor, clocks, bath accessories, kitchen items, guitars and guitar accessories, amps, trinket boxes, jewelry boxes, and anything we feel our customers would like to buy but difficult to find. TERMS & POLICIES

WE ONLY GIVE REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE  OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE WITH INSURANCE PURCHASED.

Damaged or Defective merchandise:

Buyer must contact seller within 3 days of receipt of delivery with problem. You will be required to return the merchandise within 7 days of contacting seller. We never just mail out new merchandise or refund money without getting product back. Never. Once product is received back, we will inspect product and if found defective a new product will be mailed if in stock or refund issued.

ALL SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. CUSTOMER PAYS SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNS.

We highly suggest and encourage purchasing insurance. Some items we sell include insurance, however, most items do not. If you choose not to purchase insurance and the item arrives broken or never arrives, we cannot be expected to be held responsible for lost, misdelivered or broken items once package has left our facility. Nor can we be responsible for your incorrect address in paypal or Ebay. If items are returned due to incorrect address, we will request shipping payment again for reshipment. Please make sure your mailing address is correct. Once item has shipped we cannot be held responsible. We do our best to package items properly however, sometimes items get damaged in shipping which is out of our control. We package all items to very high standards of packing and protecting items. Even though we do our best to package items well, we cannot prevent mishandling from the post office. Also, we cannot be held accountable for packages delivered but stolen after delivery. Stonecreekgiftsnmore has done what is required to deliver product. If the delivery confirmation shows delivered to your address, we have done what is required. This is where insurance comes in and why we highly suggest and recommend purchasing insurance.

WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON BEING ONE OF THE FASTEST SHIPPERS ON EBAY. This means we mail all merchandise within 48 hours or the next business day. If you are wishing to purchase multiple items from us, please wait to pay and we will combined and discount shipping and email you the new discounted invoice. If you pay separately for items, we cannot guarantee items will get combined in same package. Also, discounted shipping only applies if items are all paid for all at the same time. If you pay for one item and then purchase another and send us an email requesting combined shipping, your package may have already shipped by the time we get your email. We answer all emails within 24-48 hours. Please keep in mind we are closed on the weekends.

SHIPPING METHODS: We reserve the right to choose shipping method, however most items ship through the USPS. Heavy, bulky items ship via USPS Parcel Post which can take up to 14 business days for delivery. We do not consider package lost until 30 days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are not actual. We do have a shipping/handling fee included with our shipping charges to cover costs associated with shipping including: mailing tape, boxes, packing materials, bubble wrap, packing peanuts and paper, ink cartridges to print labels, paper to print labels, gas to take items to post office, etc. There is more expense involved with shipping than meets the eye.

WE DO NOT CONSIDERED ITEMS LOST UNTIL 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF MAILING. After that time we will address lost packages.

We combined and discount shipping for multiple purchases. If interested in purchasing more than one item, email us the items of interest and we give you  a quote on shipping. You can save a lot of money on shipping with multiple purchases.

Forms of Payment Accepted

Paypal/Paypal echeck and Money Orders/Cashiers Checks. Items purchased by echeck will not ship until the echeck has cleared, as we do not receive the funds until then, which usually takes 4 business days.

Payment must be received within 10 days from the end of auction, or we reserve the right to relist the item. Non paying bidders will be filed against and appropriate action will be taken.

BY BIDDING, YOU ARE AGREEING TO A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT. ONLY SERIOUS BIDDERS PLEASE. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO PAY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not accept phone orders or process credit card payments outside of Paypal. All business transactions must go through Ebay. Please do not ask us to add items to your invoice without purchasing them first through Ebay. No exceptions. This is against Ebay policy.

FEEDBACK POLICY

Our feedback is automated to leave feedback once feedback is left for us. We do not leave feedback until the transaction is completed and merchandise is received by the buyer and buyer is happy. We always leave positive feedback for positive. Please do not ask us to leave feedback immediately after purchasing before leaving feedback for us.

NO LOCAL PICKUP
