Avoid all microwaves! Eat as much natural and whole food as you can. Only then your body will get all the proper nutrition and fiber for a healthy function. You have the choice, either you stuff yourself lifelong with senseless medications or you eat yourself healthy. It is only up to you! Support your local Farmer's Markets and local growers. They offer the freshest produce. And try to grow your own food if you have a garden. Who cares for boring lawns? Try to plant fruit & nut trees, berries & vegetables. Once you have enjoyed home-grown foods and found out how good it tastes, you would not want to miss it anymore. It is fun, relaxing and also educational for your kids.
