ABOUT US: SAME DAY AUTO AUDIO REPAIR SERVICES INC.

Thank you for taking the time to view our story. My name is Richard Catalano, owner of Same Day Auto Audio. I have enjoyed fixing things since I was 5 years old. Repairing electronics gave me a chance to bring things to life that were once no longer useful. I quickly realized that once I fixed my first flashlight, that it would be used once again rather than left in a drawer. Today, Same Day Auto Audio Repair Services Inc. is a car audio component service company. We have specialized in mobile automotive electronic service for the Tidewater area for over 15 years. Our company was originally formed to resolve a much needed fast turn-around repair service for automotive dealerships. Much to our surprise, our services quickly grew into something unexpected. This is our EBAY story...
In November of 2000, we introduced listing additional automotive electronic items on eBay. Buyers on eBay quickly consumed this supply of gently used car audio equipment within a few short weeks of the initial listing.
By this point, we realized that a large majority of buyers were just wanting to replace their units that were no longer working. These purchases were mostly from ebay'ers that were replacing the same unit they had with a used one. Ebay'ers were willing to take a chance on a "non-tested" or a "it worked before I took it out" unit to replace their factory original. There had to be a solution.
Our wholesale service, which was once exclusive to automotive dealers, developed into an in-demand eBay auction repair service. Our facility began providing service for the most common and frequent needs to the Internet. This enabled us to bring anyone a simple solution for replacing their electronics anywhere in the world.
Buying another possibly broken unit could put you in the same position before you buy it. Same Day provides a solution to this dilemma by offering a service to fix your broken unit rather than buying one online to replace your existing broken one. If the "new" unit is purchased, it could still need repairing and may also offer a whole new set of failures. Fixing your original would eliminate the need to sell, or discard, in some cases.
Same Day provides a warranty that covers parts and labor for the repairs performed for a full calendar year.
Our company will hopefully continue to grow locally, and thanks to eBay customers, on the web as well. More services will be added weekly to fulfill EBAY customers across to globe.
