We ship the day the order is paid for up till 2:30 EST. We prefer to use 2nd day priority mail. 2nd day mail is not guaranteed but we see the Post Office as hitting the mark 98% of the time. UPS is available on some ads. We self insure our packages. By this, we mean if the unit is damaged in shipping we will repair or replace it in an expeditious manner. However, we will not offer dvanced exchangeat any time. Return Policy: The products we sell are pretty sophisticated. We do our best to see that they are fully operational but at times, a defective unit gets by us. We promise to work with you in good faith to deliver a product that works. It is never our intent to sell defective merchandise. Items returned within 21 days of delivery packed as to maintain good cosmetic condition can be refunded in full upon request. Please understand that WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING. Unless stated otherwise in our ad, items returned within 45 days of delivery will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.   Our views about the Satellite Industry We do not prominently display the real name of our Company. We are certainly not ashamed of who we are but rather enjoy the services that E-Bay offers which we believe are fairly priced. We often times complete orders with no phone contact, just e-mail. We like that. We answer our phones the old fashion way, by hand. E-Bay brings us in contact with so many people that we really do not want to take the calls. We believe we give the best customer service when we are able to do our work. Excessive time spent on the phone precludes this. We are a company of technicians. We have few fficeworkers. We do not promote theft of service. We do not ship to Canada as the Government of Canada does not authorize the use of DirecTV in their country. We do not sell access cards. All cards clearly say on them that they are the property of DirecTV. We don sell things we do not own. We believe DirecTV is a good service at a fair price.     Listings To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names.
