I have had a few issues with Turbo Lister. I delete sold books out of my data base, and sometimes they pop back-up in my data base for sale when i relist, I try to catch them but have not been 100% successful, more like 99% about one book a month. I have tried everything to solve this problem, to no avail. Ebay is the only site i sell books on, and it is frustrating to have to tell a customer that i don't have the book. I always let you know within 1 to 3 days, which is pretty much your purchase,to my ship time frame, after purchase, at which time i immediately refund your money, if this does occur, I try to explain what has happened, I am a one person store and i try to be as efficient as possible. Does anybody really read these? Remember - Change your password ocassionally! Shipping Note: We send an invoice with actual shipping charges. If the shipping cost calculator shows up in our listing - it is a mistake. Please ignore it as it is usually wrong - sometimes very much so. Ask and we will quote you charges even before you bid! We enjoy Ebay and want you too also. Description note: We recently recieved feedback from a buyer who alluded to the "as is" part of our write-up. The item they purchased was used model airplane engines. We stated that we knew nothing about them and that there were no marks or numbers and to ask questions. They overbid 2 other bidders, asked no questions, and then seemed disappointed in their feedback. If you don't know, ask. If we don't know, we say so. If we screw up as a seller, we admit it and pay the price. As a buyer, please do the same. Items will be shipped 1 to 4 days after ordered, unless requested otherwise, all books will be shipped media mail in the USA, which is a 4 to 21 day delivery time. If you want delivery confirmation it is an extra 75 cents. We do not charge handling charges. If you want it sooner please ask for priority. WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS!
