How will I know the quality of your magnets without seeing them?
         Our magnets are manufactured by using only the highest quality materials available. Each magnet will generally hold between 2-3 sheets of paper. We attract many corporate customers due to our high quality product. Please contact us if you would to receive a free sample pack. We are very proud of the quality of the magnets we produce

Why do you have approximate sizes displayed on your site?
         All sizes on the website are displayed as approximate. Due to our manufacturing process, all of the finished sizes we manufacture are slightly smaller than the approximate size. As we are selling now, the shortest size will be 1.80" and the longest size will be 3.00"

Artwork

Do you charge extra for artwork?
          No. We do not charge extra for artwork. We have over a thousand ready-made designs to choose from in our gallery. You can also use your existing artwork: send us a business card, letterhead, catalog, photo or electronic image on a disk via email. Our e-mail address is readyseller@gmail.com.

Do you charge extra for more colors?
          No. You can have unlimited colors on your piece of art at no additional cost. It's a proven fact COLOR SELLS! We manufacture all of our magnets using a four color process, so your finished magnets will be produced with a professional, high-quality look and feel.

Can you color match exactly?
           Keep in mind that all colors vary with the printing process and the color and surface of the material. Colors can also change under lamination and variations may occur which are beyond our control. Although we do our very best to maintain the highest possible quality assurance, due to the variations in inks and materials, we cannot always guarantee exact color matches. If your order requires exact color matching (i.e. to your company logo or colors, etc.), please let us know, and we will be make arrangements for special processing of your order.

Order Process

How long will it take before my magnets are ready for shipping?
           After placing your order and we receive your payment, your magnets are produced within 1 business days, ready for shipping. It usually takes between 2-3 weeks for you to receive the finished magnets.

What if I cancel my order?
          We require written notice, via e-mail if you wish to cancel an order. Actual labor, material costs and shipping costs incurred prior to cancellation will be charged.

How are my magnets shipped?
          Your magnets will be shipped via DHL Air Mail. If you require a faster shipping method (or a rush order), please let us know. Shipping method and cost is to worldwide.

What if I would like to order in a big amount?
          It is our great pleasure to take a big amount magnet order, please e-mail us to readyseller@gmail.com and you will get a very acceptable price of magnets you want.

How do I pay for my orders?
          We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Personal Checks Business Check Cashiers Checks Money Orders via PayPal system only.

How much is Shipping?
          Shipping is calculated on the size and quantity of the magnets you order which show in the description on each item's page. We ship with DHL Air Mail for all orders. Other shipping methods and Carriers are available on your request.

Do you sell wholesale to distributors?
          While we do not offer specific discounts for wholesalers or resellers, we do offer substantial discounts for volume orders.
