DansCoins &Services I Like This Me, Daniel I started collecting coins in the 1960's (kinda the haydays) of collecting as I look back now. What got me started was a very small collection of Walking Liberty Halves and a good supply of Lincoln Pennies left over from my gram’s day. That was it for me I was hooked for life. Well the Lincolns meant a lot to me, but back in those days 50cents was a lot of money so I sold the walkers for a handsome profit or so I thought. When I was a boy collecting a couple of rolls of cents or nickels it could sometimes mean hours or days of fun. In my early twenty’s other interests took me away from collecting until some years later when my sons were little and I would start thinking about leaving them something for their future. Well now, those little babies have nearly turned out to be men. Well it seems they would rather spend the money now so this effort is a way of selling my collection and holdings directly to other collectors I hope. Happy Colecting Other Interests Music and Science particularly physics and astronomy are very important to me as my chosen image may suggest. Understanding the world and universe we live in has been a serious pursuit most of my life, a craving to understand the natural world. Music has always been a big part of my life. We are going to start offering some of my extensive music collection in Vinyl LP & Cassette tapes, particularly blues and rock and roll(60s, 70s & 80s).
