We give every effort to delivering quality fabric in a timely manner, and at wholesale (or below wholesale) prices.     Find what you want, place your order, make a paypal payment and we will ship.  It should be that easy, and to keep our prices low, it has to be that easy.

How It Works
When you place an order, and send a payment through Paypal using the "Pay Now" buttons on the item page, the wheels are set in motion at our end.  We get automatic notification of your order and your payment (you do not need to email us on your own).   Your order automatically goes into line for shipment.

Shipping&Handling Times
We try to keep our handling time (the time it takes us to hand your order to the carrier) in the 2-3 day range, and sometimes we will even get it out in a couple of hours, but it can take longer.  7 days is normally our longest handling time, but it depends on our backlog.  Generally we send items out in the order that they were paid for, but sometimes we go out of order.   We do not offer any expedited delivery services other than what is offered on the listing or invoice.  If you are working on a project with a deadline, you should allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in the USA.  Outside the USA it can take double that (these are worst case scenarios).

Payments
Use the "Pay" buttons from within ebay!
 Do not just send money through paypal to our email address!

Invoicing (or, combining shipping charges)
If you have ordered more than one item, and think the shipping calculator is incorrect,
    DO NOTHING!
Wait for your invoice to arrive. 
    We will only send you an invoice if the following conditions are met:
You have purchased more than one item, and have not checked out or paid. 
You can not combine items after payment.
Receiving our invoice with corrected shipping might take a few days. 
    Be patient.  Emailing us will not speed this process.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns on cut fabric.  Be sure of your choice before ordering.  We recommend ordering 1 yard to see and feel it for yourself before ordering a larger amount.  On rare occasion we will authorize a return, but under no circumstances will we refund shipping costs.
NOTE!  Returns take time to process.  Allow up to 2 weeks for a return to process through.  Emailing will not speed the process.

(All of the following are actual questions we received in various forms many, many, MANY times)

#1 Q:  DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING? / PLEASE SEND ME A COMBINED INVOICE.

A: READ THE LISTING for each items combinability.  If you buy more than one item, you can combine at check out and you should see a combined shipping and handling fee (if any).  If it is not correct, do nothing!  Wait and we will send a combined invoice in the next few days.  Pay using that invoice.  It will take at least 2 days for the invoice to arrive (our system waits that long allowing further buying activity). It might take longer.  You have to be patient if you want the corrected invoice.  Emailing will not speed up the process.

#2 Q:  I SEE THAT YOU ARE OFFERING YOUR FABRIC AT $4.99 A YARD.  IF I BUY 20 YARDS WOULD YOU TAKE $4.50 A YARD?

A:  We do not accept "Best Offers" for our listings.

#3 Q:  I WANT 12 YARDS, BUT YOUR LISTING HAS ONLY 6. CAN I JUST PAY FOR TWO WINS TO GET 12 YARDS?    I BOUGHT A 3 YARD LOT OF ROYAL, CAN YOU SEND ME ONE AND MY SISTER IN CANADA THE OTHER 2 IN NAVY?

A: READ THE LISTING and you will see that the AMOUNT OFFERED IS THE TOTAL AVAILABLE.  In this case, there are only 6 yards left.    We can not do ANY type of substitutions or ship to any address other than the one that is registered to the pay pal/eBay account that made the purchase...EVER.   So you need to make sure the address you have registered is correct.  All of our posts are automatically generated using that information.

#4 Q:  I NOTICED IN THE PHOTOS YOU POSTED FOR THIS ITEM, THAT OF THE TWO LAVENDERS ONE IS PINKER THAN THE OTHER AND IT IS REDDER.  I NEED THE REDDER NOT THE PINKER (THE ONE UP FRONT), AND IS YOUR BURGUNDY MORE OF A WINE, OR A TRUE BURGUNDY?  IS THE FOREST GREEN MORE OF AN OAK OR AN EVERGREEN?   IS YOUR PEACH TULLE A REAL ORANGE MELON OR MORE OF A PEACHY PEACH? OR MAYBE THE SALMON WOULD BE BETTER, BUT IS IT MORE OF AN ORANGE OR A PINK OR A PEACH? AND WHAT TYPE OF RED IS IT? IS IT AN ANGRY RED? /  CAN I SEND A PAINT CHIP FOR YOU TO MATCH?

A:  READ THE LISTING.  We can not match your sample.   We do not discuss color beyond what is in the description, and by the way, the "pinker" of the two lavenders you mention?   It is actually white.  Adjust your monitor.
      IF COLOR IS ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL, YOU SHOULD NOT BUY FABRIC ONLINE!  YOU NEED TO SEE IT BEFORE YOU BUY!

#5 Q:  I WILL HAVE 10 OR 12 ROUND TABLES AT MY WEDDING.  I THINK THEY ARE PRETTY BIG, PLUS SOME BIG WINDOWS.  WHAT KIND OF FABRIC DO YOU RECOMMEND AND HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK I WOULD NEED? / I JUST ORDERED 10 YARDS OF POPLIN AND WOULD LIKE IT CUT INTO 20 HALF YARD PIECES.

A:  We do not offer a cutting service.  We do not offer wedding design services, we can not help you figure out what, or how much you need for your project.  Your professional wedding planner will take care of that for you.

#6 Q: HI THERE. I AM WORKING ON A CHURCH / ORPHANAGE / SCHOOL / NON PROFIT PROJECT FOR THE HANDICAPPED / UNDERPRIVILEGED / ORPHANED / STARVING CHILDREN / LOST PUPPIES / HOMELESS POSTAL WORKERS IN OUR COMMUNITY AND I WAS WONDERING IF YOU COULD DONATE / DISCOUNT / CONTRIBUTE......OR MAYBE HELP BARRISTER FRANKLIN GET $32,500,000 OUT OF THE BANK OF NAMIBIA BECAUSE YOU JUST INHERITED...  WAIT!!!   OH NO!!!, YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED!!!  SIMPLY FILL IN YOUR PASSWORD HERE TO AVOID....              ETC.
