You have just found the only online source for my mother's one-of-a-kind real flowers and leaves, note cards and pictures. She has been growing all the flowers in Colorado, and has been making these special cards for over 18 years. She has a special process that presses the flowers and leaves so the color and texture is preserved for generations to come, and then seals them and makes the pictures that turn them into either cards or pictures (that I frame, or you can too).
I hope you will visit my ebay store, which I opened to showcase her work and make it available. I have sold them for years at craft shows, and have heard the comments of how beautiful and reasonably priced they are. (Since I can buy them wholesale directly from the grower/artist, I can pass it on to others). This is a small "cottage" business, and she can only make so many, so each is truly a limited, one-of-a-kind creation. Flowers used include pansies, malva, geraniums, blue and maroon columbines, crocus, tiger lily, bouganvilla, and much more.
My hobbies include playing a cross-strung harp, and hammered dulcimer, with my husband on his autoharp. I also love to read, particularly mysteries.
