Payment

an item and payment is not received within the 10 day limit, your item

will file a non-paying bidder report with eBay to recover our listing
fees.

page or click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment
process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your
purchase without waiting for an email confirmation. In order for your
order to be fully processed the checkout must be fully competed. You
can pay with credit card, paypal or money order through our checkout.
Check-Out Later
If you do not choose to Check-Out Now, there is no need
to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an
e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our message will contain
a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able
to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.
NOTE!!!
You must complete the entire checkout. If you fail to checkout with
our RealSports invoice sent to your e-mail or through Check-Out Now
option, your order may be delayed or be processed incorrectly (you can
pay with Paypal using RealSports invoice, it's how our system processes
orders) If you pay directly through paypal our system will not update
your order and you will have to e-mail us your payment confirmation.

products are covered under Manufactures Warranty and
we DO NOT cover any matters beyond Manufactures Warranty.
If
you change your mind
If
you decide that you do not want the product that you received, and the
product was listed correctly, you have thirty (30) days to contact us
for a return authorization. After thirty (30) days all sales are final.
The
buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee
of 20% of the purchase price is applicable.
Original
shipping charges are non refundable.
New
items must not have been used or have any visible marks.
Used items must be
clean and in same condition received.

understands that a customer may error in bidding. If you bid on an item
and do not want it a 20% relisting fee is
applicable.

Damages
in Shipping
Sometimes items are damaged in shipping. If
you received a damaged item please call customer service, and we will
be happy to file a claim on your behalf. There are several options available
to the customer when this happens, just call us, and we will be more
than happy to work with you in order to come to the best possible resolution.
Incorrect
Item Received
Occasionally an error may occur. REALsports-online.com will resolve
the issue quickly once you contact us. If you have received the incorrect
product please call 1-800-807-7140 and we will either replace the product
or refund your full purchase price including shipping.

We Are Not Responsible for International Customs
Charges!!
We
ship all international packages through USPS there are no expected or guaranteed
delivery dates due to customs. Most but not all shipments can be tracked with
your Customs number provided depending on the country. We have no control on how long shipping takes
when it leaves our warehouse and the US. Some packages
may take longer if they are stopped in customs. Please be understanding that
we can not control international shipments but if there are problems we will
be glade to assist you can contact Customer Service.
Skis may also be shipped "world wide" via express mail to
countries which are on the old length standards, this shipping method
usually costs between $120.00 to $150.00 and is more economical when
multiple pairs are shipped, just ask for a quote !!!
