 Our Aim:

Our aim is to please you 'the buyer' with a quality and fast service. We aim to get all items posted the same or very next day after your payment is received. You should have your item 2-3 working days after you have made payment, unless the item is being sent abroad (allow 7-14 days for international deliveries)

We will send you a 'Dispatch' notification email as soon as your item has been shipped. You should normally then receive your item within 48 hours (or 2 working days) of this email.

Item Not Arrived Yet??.... Please contact us if your item has still not arrived after 7 days of making payment (UK Orders) OR 14 Days (Worldwide Orders) We will only respond to emails regarding items not arrived that are sent on or after these given time periods.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us and we will do our very best to rectify your problem without the need for leaving negitive feedback comments.

When you contact us we will offer you a solution, usually a refund or an exchange. Once the item has been returned to us in its original condition, we will exchange the item or refund you for the auction bid price.

 

Please Note: We DO NOT refund postage fee's these fee's are non refundable in all cases.
