2) Provide written description, and photos, that convey the true condition of a given item.
3) Provide good communication with buyer throughout transation.
4) Fast Shipping, and good packaging. By cushioning items well, and shipping within 72hrs of payment.
5) Be Consistant, by following the written policy, stated in every ebay auction listing.
6) Treat buyers the same after payment is made, as before payment is made.
7) Continually learn, and improve procedure. As to increase feedback rating, and overall profit.
