REDLINE, WHAT WE DO
Redline is a junk yard. We DO a WHOLE LOT of VERY LITTLE.
We buy wrecked vehicles.
We "completely" dis assemble these vehicles.
We "auction" off the parts.
We ship the parts to destinations inside the continental U.S.
If WE make a mistake, we take care of "our" mistakes.
We realize how limited this is and it's a widely known "common opinion" that these limits are "stupid"... That we could make more money by broadening these limits. However, we have set our limits to what we do, and, for the such narrow limits...WE DO WHAT WE DO, VERY WELL.
WHY?
We don't outright price and sell parts.
We don't ship outside the cont. U.S.
We offer no warranties other than item "as described".
We don't deliver pizzas....this could go on forever. Thus, the need for limits is realized.
We call it a junk yard because thats the closest thing we know to call it, and Salvage yard always seemed to be a sort of glorification (Used car/previously owned car.....jetski/personal watercraft.....junkyard/automotive dismantling facility, etc.)...
We set our limits this way in order to specialize in a particlar market and learn to do it well. Seems too many salvage yards are trying to do Everything or Anything to make a dollar. They want "their" price for a part (we let you decide). They don't want to mess with anything under $20.00, yet, that does fall within the limits they have set as far as business is concerned. They do everything from body work, intallations, used parts, new parts, used cars for sale...none of which they are very good at.....Times are tough, they have expanded this way in order to survive.
Then how is it, a place that is as limited as this place, that has such a stupid, narrow, limited business, that lets the customer decide "how much"...survive?
We DO a WHOLE LOT of VERY LITTLE, and we do it VERY WELL.
