Us

      We have a variety of items up for auction and in our store. We collect some unique items and are always adding items to our listings. We have the finest variety of ship models in our store and if you would like to see more or have a suggestion that you would like to see, let us know. 

We always ship purchased items as quickly as possible, most go out the next day. If you have any special requests or questions please drop us a line at deedee5960@aol.com, and we will respond quickly

We have recently added some new products to our line and we hope you like our Ships, Sailboats, Speedboats and Yachts. We will also be adding some new products over the coming months so stay in touch and sign up for our newsletter.

And please remember to leave fellow E-bayers feedback, and also if there is a problem with something you purchased, give people a chance to resolve, before leaving negative remarks on feedback.

We are a husband and wife team we have been together for over 30yrs, and have four wonderful children three boys and a girl. We have always enjoyed models and started assembling model's at a young age as a hobby. We spent alot of long hours assembling model kits and we were very competitive. Our children now enjoy the competitive experience. Fast Forward 30 years!
We appreciate and understand what it takes to make a fine quality model and have it display well so we have selected the finest quality ships and boats from around the world. We have both been involved in retail sales and know a customer is always our number one priority.

 You are not a number with shipmodelsuperstore you are a person, and a friend that enjoys a hobby as much as we all do here at ship model superstore. If you have a problem with an order, we will never leave you wondering. We check our e-mail constantly and will take calls up to 8:00 pm eastern standard time 7 days a week. If you are not one hundred percent satisfied with your order contact us and we will do everything in our power to make it right. Our customers are number one. We do not use gimics, fake sales or use has been or retired celebrities to sell our products.
