Welcome to Redwood Loft
Redwood Loft purchases large quantities of merchandise from various businesses such as Orvis, and offers it to our customers at great low prices.
Our merchandise consists most frequently of high-end brand names that are new, unworn and have original tags attached. From time to time we do have items that are store returns or factory seconds. Many of these items just need a simple wash or the defects are barely visible. These will be clearly described in our listings.
For the time being, here are some answers to our most frequently asked questions:
COMBINED SHIPPING OFFER AND INSURANCE
*Shipping can be combined to save you money!
*If you win one item and pay us immediately, you will not be eligible to receive combined shipping on subsequent items purchased or won.
In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must email us, after your auction items have ended but PRIOR to payment, at questions@redwoodloft.com. We will then email you a combined shipping invoice. Please remember you still only have 15 days to pay from the initial transaction date to complete payment.
*Combined orders must be paid for on one invoice, NO EXCEPTIONS!
*Combined invoices are figured using the highest priced shipping fee as the base fee.
Additional clothing ships for $3.00 more each ($7.00 for Canada; $12.00 for other International).
Additional pairs of shoes ship for $5.00 more each ($12.00 for Canada; $20.00 for other International).
All other items will be handled on an individual basis.
*All UPS Ground shipments INCLUDE insurance for purchases up to $100. Insurance for items over $100 is recommended, but is the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN POLICY
*Any item may be returned for a refund of your winning bid within 30 days of receipt of your item.
No return authorization is needed.
*Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Of course, in the event we make a mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount, including return shipping fees.
*The item must be unworn with all original packaging and/or tags attached.
*You must include your eBay auction # and specific reason for the return
(too big, too small, etc.)
*Your refund can be delayed if you do not include this information.
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.

METHODS FOR DETERMINING COLOR
*We realize color is very subjective. Colors in pictures may vary from monitor to monitor based on individual settings. When available, we use the exact color names as listed on the item tags. If not available on the tag, we go to our catalog sources for the particular company and try and match color identifications they use. As a last resort, our colors are based on Crayola's 96 box of crayons. We match the fabric color to the nearest color drawn on a piece of white paper, not the crayon itself. Grab a box of crayons and try it. It's works! Good luck!

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
