After taking a much needed summer break and, getting a new load of rocks from Africa, I am listing rocks on Ebay. The new order has several new items- Vogesite, Red Brecciated Jasper, Swazi Bloodstone, Blue Swirlstone, Pink Petalite and Yellow Jasper. I have also received some more Unakite, Tigereye, Sodalite and Sunset Jasper. The sodalite is smaller fist-size pieces, but the royal blue coloring with very thin quartz veining is outstanding and perfect for the smaller saws. The Tigereye has great chatoyance in a variety of sizes. Also, besides variagated, there is some blue hawks eye along with some outstanding gold tiger eye.
I decided upon the name by combining Redwood, these wonderful trees surrounds my home in the Santa Cruz mountains with my latest hobby - Rocks. Maybe Gems is a better word. |
My philosophy is very basic - Treat others as I want to be treated. Along this line, I will:
- Answer any questions as quickly as I can. This is normally in the evening as rocks are my hobby, I still have a regular job.
- I will present the rocks as accurately as possible. I usually under-weigh the rocks because I am using a kitchen scale. One of these days, I will get a fancy scale that measures to the nth degree. I will also show pictures so that you know what you are getting. If you would like additional pictures, please let me know.
- Shipping and handling is $8.75 using the USPS Priority box. Combine mulitple orders. A fee of $1.50 for each additional order. This box will hold about 15-20 pounds of gems, depending on the size of the gems.
- Your gems will be shipped within 48 hours (often sooner) the day after receiving payment. Except for personal checks, which have to clear first (usually 7-10 days).
