products to the industry at a reasonable price. We were first
hobbyists, just like you, and then it went out of control and has become a
way of life!! We understand the serious dedication of being a
saltwater enthusiast and the joy your aquarium brings you. We commit
to do everything we can to make this a pleasant experience. Our
customer service support is available Monday- Friday 10am- 5pm
EST. We strive to return emails within a 24 hour period, however
there are occasions when this may not happen. Also- there can be issues with
email- if you have sent an email and not received a response within 24 hours,
kindly resend the email- and allow emails from sales@reefs2go.com. Spam
folders can be set to allow emails from designated email addresses and you
may need to change the settings so you can receive communication from
us. Unless stated within the description, the picture(s) of the
item(s) for sale are generic pictures of items that we have had at some
point. In order to keep costs low we do not take individual pictures of each
item for sale. Due to differences in animals the item you receive may not
look identical to the picture, however we hand choose each item for health
and beauty. On occasion we receive requests for specific gender
preferences of fish. Some fish can be determined rather easily, however we
do not guarantee that you will receive the gender request you have made, and
are not liable for any discrepancies about the gender of the fish you
receive. We strongly advise including a correct/working phone number
with your ebay purchase. This will allow us to include it on the shipping
info and you can be contacted by UPS if there is an issue. |

Livestock orders received by midnight EST will be shipped 2 business days
after purchase is confirmed (paid for) based on the following
schedule:
- order received Monday = ships Wednesday for Thursday delivery
- order received Tuesday = ships Thursday for Friday delivery
- order received Wednesday = ships Monday for Tuesday delivery
- order received Thursday = ships Tuesday for Wednesday delivery
- order received Friday = ships Tuesday for Wednesday delivery
- order received Saturday = ships Tuesday for Wednesday delivery
- order received Sunday = ships Wednesday for Thursday delivery

We can ship on a date AFTER the listed date but you will need to notify us
via email after you have completed your purchase so we can notate your order
of the change.
We provide a schedule for shipping so you are able to plan the arrival of the
shipment and avoid DOA's. You will also receive an email from UPS/Quantum
View the night of your shipment with tracking info. We reserve the right to
postpone the shipment of LIVE animals due to potential weather issues as
noted on weather.com. You will be notified via email and/or phone if your
order is unable to be shipped on the scheduled date due to weather or an
unforeseen issue with the LIVE item. If the shipping date or delivery date
falls on a holiday, we will ship your package the next available date for
shipping.
We ship via UPS overnight (some listings may reference FEDEX - however all
live items are now shipped via UPS). We purchase insurance on all products
FREE of CHARGE.
Please provide a physical address for shipping- UPS will not deliver to a PO
Box. Please make sure the address & phone # which is on your profile is
correct prior to check out. We ship to the address on your profile and the
phone number will be included for the carrier to contact you in the event of
a problem with your package.
Items such as Pumps, Skimmers, etc (non living items) will be shipped via UPS
or USPS. This will be determined by the seller based upon size/weight of the
item.
We use heavy duty styro and ice packs/heat packs as needed at no
additional cost to you.
We offer an arrive alive guarantee. If the item is not alive after you have
followed the acclimation process detailed with the shipment, please email us
within 6 hours of receipt at
issues@reefs2go.com and include a
picture of the item. We will refund the cost of the item or offer a store
credit for the price of the item.
Also note--during cold weather, live item(s) will slow significantly in
response to the cold. SLOW acclimation is a must for success. We provide
you with the necessary items to complete the acclimation and recommend a
minimum of 2 hours of acclimation for best results.
The return of live animals can be difficult, therefore we ask for a picture
of any product which is DOA (dead on arrival) and we reserve the right to
require the DOA product to be shipped back to reefs2go for a full refund of
the cost of the animal(s) which are dead. If you are asked to return a DOA
item, reefs2go will provide you with a return label at no additional charge
to the customer.
Any non live animal item (ie: pump, skimmer, etc) can be returned for full
refund within 30 days of purchase.
