The AKG line of products are not Asian imports, but rather produced either by us, or our local supplier under our direction. High quality material and craftsmanship is assured. We also offer older, used, and hard to find BMW parts, accessories and manuals. Sometimes we'll have non-BMW surplus items on auction - aviation parts, books, and other odds and ends. Our Payment and Shipping Policies End of Auction: We use auction management software and find it quicker and more reliable to finalize auctions via email. We will email you confirmation of your winning bid within 24 hours of auction end with all payment details. IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM US: Sometimes our emails are caught in spam folders or blocks (Hotmail and AOL can be a big problem!). Please check your junkmail folders. Payment: We prefer PayPal (click on the PayPal logo on our auction listing to make payment), but also accept cashiers checks and money orders; all payments must be in US$. We request that payments be made within 10 days of auction close. Shipping: We try to ship items within 2 business days of receipt of payment. In most cases, we use USPS Priority Mail to ship items; sometimes it is more cost effective to ship heavier items via UPS. International Bidders: Please contact us for shipping information and quotes before bidding. We accept international payments via Paypal; we also accept Canada Post Money Orders from our Canadian bidders. Payments must be in US$.
