CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We have too much feedback to list on this page, please take the time to review our feedback before you bid. Do we have issues that come up involving transactions? Yes, everyone that does any volume of business on EBay does, anyone that says they do not is simply not being honest. This is electronics, things break. It is not the fact that issues do occur that matters, it is the customer satisfaction level at the end of the overall experience that shows what a company is made of ! After reviewing our feedback, we are positive you will agree that you can bid with confidence knowing we are dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for the winning bidder !
BE WARNED NON-PAYING BIDDERS !!!
Unpaid items hurt the entire EBay community, and for an operation like ours, with low profit margins, it is very easy for us to get $$ tied up in a transaction that is unrecoverable, causing a loss on the item even if it re-sells at the same price the second time. Winning bidders need to understand that as soon as they win the auction, EBay charges us for their "commision" on the sale, which comes right out of our profits then and there. This is on top of the fees charged to place the item for sale in the first place. When a buyer does not pay, we have to call, write and spend time we could otherwise be using for profitable ventures, so we get hit with losses from multiple angles. When you win an item, you are required to pay in accordinace with the listing "contract", no ifs, ands or buts. With that said, it is understandable why we will no longer forgive unpaid items, and will persue unpaid items both through the EBay Dispute Process, and at times through the local court system in the winning bidders locale, citing breach of contract. Sorry if this seems harsh, but would you like someone stealing money out of your wallet? Exactly !
