information concerning shipping and handling cost is always stated in the description of the

additional same item.
Usually
we ship items to USA, UK, All
European Union Countries (except Malta, Turkey and Denmark), Australia, New Zealand,
Japan and South Korea.

countries, please, contact us.
Usually we use UPS or USPS shipping service. See the
Payment Information below for the available methods.
If during 7 days the item has not
been received, you can request Tracking number.
If
the buyer refuses (do not want to pay for) the insurance then in case of
loss or damage of the purchased items (goods) during the transportation (delivery)
process the claims are not accepted.
In
case the goods were returned back by the delivery service
because of the wrong address, the buyer gets money refund without Shipping
Cost.
Shipping and Handling fees are not only for Shipping, they also include Handling & Processing
charges
- (packaging
materials, packaging processing,
papers & labels printing). Therefore, Shipping cost is final and undisputable. It can be different from label on
shipping box or envelope. Please, consider that before your potential
bid.
Also
please note that our shipping fees are not negotiable or refundable. Buyer
is responsible for Return Shipping Cost.
Shipping cost can not be a reason for
feedback. Your feedback for shipping cost is going
to bring automatically to you negative feedback.
We
ship only to physical addresses (UPS or USPS valid), for sending in the APO/FPO boxes
it is necessary to contact us prior bidding. It takes up to 2
business days for processing your order after payment is clear. Usually
It takes approximately 3-14 business days to deliver the item after
dispatching. For some countries like Italy, Australia, New Zealand and
South Korea additional 3-5 days may be needed for items to be delivered.
For the warranty information, please see the description. The
warranty covers the item which was sold only excluding free gifts. In case
the received item turns out to be defective, or not as described, You
must report to us via email during 3 days upon the receipt.
Our office and stock are located in different places, that is why shipping method "Local delivery/pickup" is not available.
Our
company open / working hours are 6.00am-01.00pm PST (10:00am-05:00pm
EST) from Monday till
Friday. After you write us a letter we'll answer You during these working
hours. As a rule the letter is answered the same day, but we take the opportunity to answer the incoming mail within
1-2 days
after receiving.
