We ship packages via USPS with delivery confirmation utilizing a variety of packing materials based upon the shipping method you choose:

Standard Shipping:
2-9 days transit time. Games and other small items typically ship in high quality padded envelopes or bubble mailers. Game systems always ship in a box with plenty of padding to ensure safe delivery. Any order of 5 items or more will automatically ship out in a box. If you are ordering less than 5 items and want your item to definitely ship in a box please choose the Expedited Shipping service.

Expedited Shipping:
2-3 days transit time. Choose this shipping method if you want the best protection and the quickest delivery time for your items. Absolutely all items ship in boxes and are packed with bubble wrap and/or padding to protect your purchase.

eBay Store Combined Shipping Discount:
In order to qualify for any applicable combined shipping discounts you must pay for all items in one payment transaction.

When you purchase multiple games at the same time (same payment transaction) from our eBay store, you pay only $2.50 shipping and handling on each additional game purchased within our eBay store. Highest shipping cost prevails. Discounted shipping does not apply to video game systems, large accessories, or other items as may be described in their individual listings. Shipping discount does not apply to items purchased from within our ProStores web store since shipping and handling is calculated differently there and those items have their own shipping costs.

For items in our ProStores web store, shipping and handling costs are calculated by weight. You can view an estimate of the shipping and handling costs for your order in the shopping cart prior to finalizing your purchase. Final shipping and handling costs will appear on the invoice you will see prior to confirming your order. Please read the "Payment" section above for futher details on our checkout process.

You will receive an email notification when your order ships out. Items typically ship within one to two business days depending on customer volume.

We ship only to US addresses at this time. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

Buy your classic and vintage video games from Retro Game fan with confidence. We offer a 30 day warranty on all new and used products (unless specified otherwise in their individual listing). We are very open and honest about our policies and will do our very best to work out any problems to your satisfaction.

All items are thoroughly tested prior to being listed in our store. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, you must email us within 30 days of the purchase date. You must contact us before returning any product to us and we will attempt to resolve the issue via email first. If it is necessary to return the item, we will then email you an RMA number with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We must receive the item in the exact condition that it was delivered to you. The item, serial numbers, condition etc. must match our records. The item must be proven as defective since items that are not defective are not covered under our warranty. If we deem that the item has been tampered with or a different item is returned in its place it is not covered under the warranty. Retro Game Fan will ship a replacement item, upon receipt and proof of the defective product, at our expense. If a replacement item is not in stock, a refund of the purchase price will then be given. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Factory sealed and/or new items that have been opened may only be exchanged for the same item if defective. All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of management and are tracked to identify any buyers abusing the return policy.
