Payments
Paypal payments are preferred from users who provide a confirmed address. A confirmed address is one in which the original address provided to Paypal is the same as the billing address.
U. S. Postal money orders are accepted for any transaction that we mutually agree upon. Payment must be received within 5 business days of our agreement.
Personal checks or eChecks are not accepted.
Merchandise is shipped on the following business day of payment receipt.
Product Quality
Each item purchased by our customers is thoroughly checked, inspected and photographed prior to packing to insure it is in perfect condition and as stated in our listings. We value your business and therefore we make every effort to insure you receive the BEST.
Insurance
All packages containing ceramic products must be shipped insured. The insurance provided or paid by the buyer will cover the loss if damaged by the carrier (see - packaging). Insurance is indicated on each listing if the buyer is to pay.
Packing
All items are double boxed and packed for shipment to the carrier's specifications. Every purchase is packed to Professional Standards for secure packing.
Shipping
We ship internationally upon request. Please inquire about the shipping cost for the item you wish to purchase.
Your purchase ships within 24 business hours of cleared payment.
UPS packages are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
USPS packages are shipped Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays.
Feedback
We post feedback as soon as your feedback lets us know you received the merchandise safely and you are happy with the transaction.
Returns
Returns for reasons other than for shipment damage are the buyer's expense. Merchandise must be return within seven (7) days of receipt and insured for return shipping. Return must be the original item sent, as described in the listing and undamaged. Restocking fees apply where indicated. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Damage
In the event you received a UPS package with a damaged item, report damage immediately by calling 1-800-742-5877 and give UPS the tracking number and a description of the damage to the package and the item. UPS will pick up the package.
All damage claims are investigated to verify cause. In the event the damage package is returned to you, please hold on to it until your claim is determined.
If your package was delivered by USPS, you must present the package to your local Post Office using the guidelines below and fill out the claim with the Postmaster.
A reimbursement is issued by the insurance company after claim has been investigate. A copy of your invoice and payment receipt is required.
Guidelines for Damage Claimed Packages
Save all packing materials that come with your package
Replace the contents as originally received, using packing material to protect each and all sides of package containing the item
Use packing tape to reseal your package

Listings
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
