Terms & Conditions All products listed on our Ebay store are also available in our store. Some of our items are drop shipped from different warehouses through the US, if you want to avoid a hassle send us a message or give us a call and check on stock & location before placing a bid our purchasing an item. All of our products are aftermarket unless otherwise stated on the listing of the item. All items are guaranteed to be in as stated condition. If you receive your parts and you are not satisfied we offer a 7 day return for a full refund less freight. Although items are listed to the best of our knowledge they are listed as is. Due to the extreme number of different configurations of engines and engine parts there is a possibility of receiving the wrong parts. However we will be more then willing to work with you if you are willing to work with us. All our products come from different manufacturers and warehouses across the country. Your product is not always in our stock here in Morrice, MI. Our warranty policy: R.F. Engine has no warranty. Most of our products include a manufacturers warranty. Contact us upon purchase if you have questions regarding the warranty. If you have a failure with any parts we sold you, we will do the legwork on working with the manufacturer to get your warranty processed. It is highly recommended should a failure occur that you call us immediately before dismantling or attempting any repairs. Failure to contact us could result in a void of warranty through the manufacturer. Returns: If you received incorrect parts due to our error we will exchange or refund you at our discretion. If parts are ordered in error or with incorrect information we may require a restocking fee. We offer a free bearing swap when you order a complete kit (if you order your kit with standard bearings and end up needing oversize) you ship me your bearings at your expense and I will ship out the oversized at my expense. All other returns are subject to my determination and may or may not require a restocking fee. Upon receiving your order you should immediately inspect and compare your purchase to what you have to be sure it is all there and correct. Problems should be reported within the first 3 days of receiving your shipment. All returns require authorization. All parts need to be returned in re-sellable condition to be considered for refund. Shipping Method: We ship UPS for small items, for the larger items we ship by VIA Truck Freight. We work with UPS Freight, Echo Logistics, & C.H. Robinson to get you the best possible freight rate. On the larger items call me for a shipping quote because we get a good discount. If you would like to pick up your product contact us and we generally allow customers to pick up. All items are not in stock in our Morrice, MI location when we are out of stock on an item it ships from the closest shipping point.
