All eBay sellers operate differently. eBay sets policies and procedures to maintain some type of uniformity and control. I am using the about me page to give you additional information on how I operate my business and what you can expect. Not all eBay sellers operate exactly alike and I think it is safe to say that not all buyers are exactly alike. Everyone has different opinions and expectations thus creating many different experiences buying and selling on eBay.
My goal is to meet or exceed your expectations in providing you with a very pleasant buying experience by representing my products well, delivery in a timely manner, and providing exceptional service.

1. Return policy: All sales are final – no returns – no price adjustments.
2. Shipping and handling charges are clearly stated in every listing. Shipping and handling is never free. My shipping charge includes handling. I highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance or confirmation. The buyer is responsible for adding extra services to the invoice. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. Insurance is mandatory for purchases over $25 and / or multiple purchases.
3. Shipping method: Every package is hand carried to the US Post Office. Every item is weighed and exact shipping method determined at the postal window. I can not guarantee how long the Postal Service takes to ship your item. Processing time and shipping are different for every transaction. I try to recycle as much as possible with shipping materials. Heavy and large items cost a lot to mail.
4. Shipping and processing time: I do not calculate shipping time using holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It is my intention to mail your item as soon as possible and provide a quality service. Average shipping days are every Monday and Friday. Please allow 2 to 3 days for processing. Most items average around 5 days in the mail. Time is not the same for every transaction - depending on weight, shipping method, destination, and how busy the postal service is. Items to California and Texas seem to take longer than average (esp. large parcel). Please keep in mind I operate in the Eastern Time Zone. If you need your item by a certain date please let me know before or during payment.
5. International shipping: I gladly sell to International customers. I do not calculate shipping prior to the sale or auctions end. The cost is actual plus handling. Handling is not a fixed rate. I have sent items all over the world. Keep in mind that four US pounds is the magic number (1.814 Kilograms). Under four pounds an item can be shipped first class. Over four pounds the item must go priority. Priority cost about twice as much but comes with some insurance. First class international can not be insured. Please let me know if the item package or box is important to you. Sometimes postage can be saved with removing the item from its original package or card. Buyer is responsible for any Customs charges. I am not resposible if Customs holds or detains your items. I will provide the US Customs form number upon request. All items valued at $24.99 or more must be shipped priority mail that averages around $35 (depending on exact weight).
6. Payment methods: I accept Paypal in order to comply with eBay policies. Paypal payments have been averaging about 5 days to transfer to my bank account. On certain transactions I may hold on shipping till the funds enter my bank account. Payment is expected within seven days. Items purchased in person will use other methods. Email me with any questions.
7. Feedback: I will gladly return positive feedback. If for some reason you feel that you can not leave me a positive feedback or five stars on all the seller criteria please email me before leaving the feedback. Your positive satisfaction is my concern.
8. Communication: Please contact me with any questions you may have. Allow a couple of days for me to respond. Occasionally, I am gone for a four or five day weekend. Weekends are not the best time to contact me. Mondays are catch up days for sales and communications. I am confident that any issues can be resolved with clear communication.
9. Age Statement: You must be 18 years of age to purchase from me. I do not sell items intended for use by children 5 years or younger (regardless if manufacturer approved for those ages).
10. Liability Statement: Buyers assume all liability for purchases and agree to hold seller harmless. Buyers agree by purchasing from seller.

Special note: Recently, I received a negative feedback comment. This comment really disturbs me. The buyer paid with Paypal, then reported not receiving the item. The confirmation number was given showing proof of receipt. The buyer then demanded that I leave a positive feedback comment. I refused to leave a positive feedback comment my policy is to return feedback after it is received. The buyer then demanded that I leave a positive comment or he would leave a negative comment. I really love selling on eBay!

A little boy got on the bus, sat next to a man reading a book, and noticed he had his collar on backwards. The little boy asked why he wore his collar backwards. The man, who was a priest, said 'I am a Father.' The little boy replied 'My Dad doesn't wear his collar like that.' The priest looked up from his book and answered 'I am the Father of many.' The boy said 'My Dad has 4 boys, 4 girls and two grandchildren and he doesn't wear his collar that way'.
The priest, getting impatient, said 'I am the Father of hundreds' and went back to reading his book.
The little boy sat quietly thinking for a while, then leaned over and said, 'Maybe you should use a condom and wear your pants backwards instead of your collar.'
**The above is a good example of poor communication and how important clear communication is. I promise to try and make sure that we are communicating clearly.

A teacher is explaining biology to her 4th grade students. 'Human Beings are the only animals that stutter,' she says. A little girl raises her hand. 'I had a kitty-cat who stuttered.' The teacher, knowing how precious some of these stories could become, asked the girl to describe the incident. 'Well', she began, 'I was in the back yard with my kitty and the Rottweiler that lives next door got a running start and before we knew it, he jumped over the fence into our yard!' 'That must've been scary,' said the teacher. 'It sure was,' said the little girl. 'My kitty raised his back, went Sssss, Sssss, Sssss' and before he could say 'Shit,' the Rottweiler ate him! The teacher wet her pants laughing.
