OR MORE. ANY PRUDENT BUSINESS MAN NURTURES FROM THE PREMISE THAT WE GROW FROM THE SEEDS THAT WE CULTIVATE. MY FAIR PRICING, MY THOROUGH DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS, MY COMMUNICATION TO FACILITATE A TRANSACTION, MY CAREFUL PACKAGING; ALL OF THIS IS EQUIVALENT TO ONE MOMENT OF HOW YOU REFLECT ON MY PERFORMANCE RESPECT TO ANY COMPONENT OF A TRANSACTION: THE FEEDBACK. EBAYERS, IN THE LAST FEW MOMENTS OF A TRANSACTION TAKE A DELIBERATE PAUSE TO USE UTMOST FAIRNESS AND TRUTH IN YOUR FEEDBACK. MY FIRST NEGATIVE WAS FROM A WOMEN WHO SENT A MONEY ORDER BY MAIL; SHE COMMUNICATED BACK AND FORTH FOR VARIOUS QUESTIONS; ON A SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, SHE WAS UNABLE TO GET A RESPONSE VIA EMAIL AS TO WHETHER HER PAYMENT WAS HERE OR NOT AND SHE FINALLY RESORTED TO A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK INDICATING THAT I DID NOT REPLY TO EMAIL. I GOT HER PAYMENT THE NEXT DAY, SHE GOT HER ITEM. THAT WAS HER FIRST COMPLETE TRANSACTION. SHE HAD EARNED A NEGATIVE FROM ANOTHER EBAY SELLER BECAUSE SHE DID NOT COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. MY SECOND NEGATIVE IS FROM A PERSON WHO FELT HE WAS SOLD JUNK BECAUSE THE SATELLITE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE TOLD HIM THAT THE EQUIPMENT HE HAD PURCHASED COULD HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED FOR $10. HE PURCHASED IT FOR $95.00. IN ADDITION, A COMPONENT WAS BROKEN IN TRANSIT. WITHOUT AN EMAIL, HE RESORTED TO A NEGATIVE. LATER, I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT THE BROKEN COMPONENT COULD EASILY HAVE BEEN CORRECTED WITH A REPLACEMENT. THE NEXT DAY, HE SENDS AN EMAIL EXPLAINING THE CIRCUMSTANCE OF WHY HE REACTED WITH A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK INSTEAD OF AN EMAIL TO RESOLVE THE MATTTER. HE APOLOGIZED.
