- International shipments are via USPS. The Shipping Calculator also works for International shipments. Click on the blue Calculator link, pick your country and press Calculate.
- If you have any questions please contact me before making your bid. We will respond to your inquiries the same day received.
- All items for sale in our auctions, etc. are exactly as represented whether new or used. We do not doctor images to fool the purchaser.

Using Checkout
Please use our Checkout to make your payment as it will make life easier for all of us!
When you receive your Checkout email do the following:
- Click on the blue link beginning http://checkout.inkfrog.com..... This will bring you to the actual Checkout form. It is quick and simple!!
- Fill out the requested information and proceed through Checkout filling out the pages.
- The Shipping section allows you to pick your shipper, payment method and insurance there is a Shipping Calculator to give you the rates for various shippers and shipping methods (ie., UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Post, etc.) so you may have your purchase shipped in the most economical or shortest delivery time. It is your choice!
The advantages of using our Checkout are:
- Allows choice of payment method (PayPal or Money Order/Certified Check).
- Our Checkout is fully encrypted and secure.
- Ship to information is inputted.
- Choice of whether or not to insure your order (insurance is recommended).
- Choice of shipper (USPS or UPS).
- Use the Shipping Calculator to pick the best shipping method for US and International orders in real time.
- Checkout will combine multiple purchased items into one order automatically.
- Allows us to send emails notifying you of payment received, when shipped and tracking information.

Payment Methods
- Payment for your purchase can be made by:
- PayPal(preferred)
- Money Order (Bank, Postal, etc.)
- Cashier's Check
- PayPal is our preferred method of payment as it is the most secure way to pay for your purchases with credit card over the Internet.
- With PayPal you can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as well as eCheck to make your payments with us. Very convenient!!
- Our checkout will automatically send you to PayPal to make your payment if that is the method of payment you chose.
- To use PayPal if you are not signed up with them just go to www.paypal.com and sign up. Fill out the one (1) page form and you will receive a email to confirm your email address. The process is very short and secure.
- If you have any questions about PayPal please call them toll free
at 1-888-221-1161 in the US only. - No Personal Checks will be accepted as payment for orders.
- No C.O.D orders will be accepted.
- All payment must be received within (7) days of auction's closing, if sending Money Order/Certified Check (14)fourteen days will be allowed.After the time frame listed above the item will be relisted and appropriate feedback will be posted for bidders not complying with our policy.

When sending in your payment please include the following:
- The auction item number
- The Title of the listed item
- Your eBay ID and your main email address used for the auction
- Your shipping address
- The correct total amount. Failure to send the correct amount will result in a delayed shipment until the balance is paid in full.
- Florida Sales Tax of 6.5% must be included with Florida orders.
About Insurance
- We recommend the purchaser to include insurance so as any loss or damage is covered by the carrier.
- Buyer assumes ALL risk for any lost or damaged shipments if insurance is not taken. Any uninsured shipment handled by USPS which is damaged or lost will not be refunded for any reason.
- UPS shipments include insurance on orders up to $100.00.
- Insurance for orders outside the US is either more expensive or unavailable. Please go to the USPS website for more information about insurance to your country.
- All items are in good condition upon leaving us. If an item is missing or damaged immediately notify the carrier.
- Proper delivery is the responsibility of the carrier on all shipped items. Do not return the damaged part to us. If you have included insurance, notify the carrier and file a damage report to receive a claim number. If you return a damaged part without filing a damage claim the carrier is free of responsibility and your loss will not be covered.
- Refunds for loss or damage will not be made until claims for damage or loss are settled by the carrier.
- A damaged item claim can be filed with USPS immediately (within 24 hours). Lost items claims can be filed after 30 days. Please notify us by email at Email Us if your order has been lost or damaged. If damaged please send a digital image of the damaged item and packaging.
- A lost USPS shipment requires a written statement from the buyer that the shipment was not received along with a signature.
- Payment on a claim filed with USPS takes 30 to 45 days. Refunds will not exceed the USPS payment on a claim.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed when payment is received with orders going out on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Shipping is by USPS Priority by default. It is fast and does not cost much more than slower Parcel Post.
- Item(s) 5 pounds and over are shipped UPS as they are generally less expensive for heavier shipments.
- Our Checkout gives you the actual shipping charges to your location in real time via USPS or UPS.
- Use our Checkout to speed processing of your order as everything will be automated.
- Winning Bidder Email (WBE), payment received and order shipped emails are sent notifying the customer on the progress of his or her order.
- Multiple auction items are automatically combined for the convenience of the customer.
- We do not ship on Holidays.
- If paying by Money Order or Cashier's Check, please read the above section so that your order will be processed quickly and smoothly. You will be issued a Payment Confirmation email. This is your receipt.
- We ship to the following:
- PO Boxes (USPS only)
- Internationally
- Military, APO, FPO, etc.
- USPS tracking numbers are sent automatically (when available).
- UPS tracking numbers are sent automatically.
- All items are carefully packed to insure the safe delivery of your order.
International Orders
- International shipments are welcome at RB Auction Store.
- International shipments are via USPS. The Shipping Calculator also works for International shipments. Click on the blue Calculator link, pick your country and press Calculate.

Returning Merchandise
- We have every confidence that you will be pleased with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, return the merchandise within 14 days of the date of invoice for an item exchange or refund of the purchase price based on the terms listed below.
- Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
- No returned items will be accepted after 14 days.
- Returns shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted.
- When applying for a refund or exchange we will issue you an RA (Return Authorization) number. This number is valid for a period of 14 days from date of issuance. We will not issue a refund or exchange without this number or after the 14 day time period.
- All merchandise must be in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. Plastic wrapping must be intact no ripped and damaged packaging, etc.
- No Returns allowed on the following:
- Damaged, used, altered, painted, mounted or shop worn items.
- Personalized, custom or special order items.
- Books, DVD's, computer programs or videos.
- Garments or hats which have been worn, soiled or laundered.
Warranties
- All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you.
- All items are backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer and are to be handled by the manufacturer directly.
- Warranty claims apply to the item(s) only. No other costs will be accepted.
- Read the warranty information included with your product. You may need to register the item before any warranty claims can be made.
- We do not submit or become involved in warranty claims.
