We have many E Mails with Questions and although we try to answer most of these we are sometimes overwhelmed.
Although we welcome questions and some of these are quite simple to answer and some not so easy,
We do attempt to answer all genuine questions
the amount of E Mails we sometimes get can be a bit too much and in attempting to answer the trivial e-mails the genuine ones sometimes don’t get answered due to the backlog. And please understand that we get network and connection problems too
There are many questions that can be answered by reading this page if however you find that reading this page does not answer your question then feel free to E Mail
This page is only a guideline for the most common questions and it is hoped that it will reduce the number so as to enable us to answer all the questions that we get
Request to end auction early
Although we state clearly in our listings that we do not end the auction early or that if it is not a buy it now we can not offer a buy it now we are still very surprised at how many requests we get for this even when there are bids on the item.
This kind of E mail is taking up much of our time and has become quite a problem
So we will no longer reply to these.
This is nothing personal please understand that it is quite likely that if someone asks this kind of question they are not the first and we have refused many before.
If We were to give in to one of these requests we would receive many angry E Mails from others that we have refused
Idle Curiosity
We have a tremendous amount of e-mails which are clearly just idle curiosity and usually start with words like I was just wondering ? Or Just out of Curiosity ? and over a period of time we have had a number of people who are serial questioners and they have never so much as made a bid in all that time.

About age and Condition
We try to lay out our wording in the most simple and reader friendly way possible.
We try not to confuse matters with long descriptions that may be tedious to read.
The layout of our descriptions are designed to display the meaning quickly and easily for people to read
It is difficult to give rated descriptions such as 1 to 10 or A B C or D for example as some peoples definition of these can differ greatly
If there are any faults we will mention them and in many cases will add an extra photo to illustrate this
We like to think that we never over describe an item and in fact many customers inform us that the item is better than describe and indeed our feedback quite often backs this up.
About the age of a club, well most times this as almost impossible to say as the exact year of manufacture the time in the warehouse the retailers and previous owners can differ greatly.
As most of our stoke is used We can only describe the condition as there can be a club in new condition and still in its protective wrapping but it may have been manufactured five years ago
On the other hand it may only be a year old but ill used and have the appearance of being much older.
About request to provide additional photos
Most of our stock when listed is then packaged and put into storage so that it can be dispatched quickly, so that unless it is one of the more expensive items we are unable to do this.
About personal visits and collection
We are mail order only and can not receive personal visits as stated above items are wrapped and put into storage ready for quick dispatch and therefore cannot be viewed
About the Flex of golf club shaft
We have many questions asking for the flex of the shaft of a club and in many cases this is justified as sometimes this information is accidentally left out but in some cases we get questions for the flex when this information is clearly stated in the description usually in letters such as
R flex for regular
F or S Flex for firm or stiff
And L Flex for lady and so on
We have many questions about the flex of a putter and although in some cases a putter may be fitted with a shaft which has the flex printed on it
( in which case it will say so in the description)
we think that this information is not necessary.
About does it come with
Another frequently asked question is does it come with such and such
for example does the club come with a Head Cover
If the club has a Head Cover it will say so in the description and if it does not say so in the description than it has no Head Cover
