Hello, and thanks for visiting my Ebay "About Me" page.
In January 2005, I started selling on Ebay and it wasn't long before I got hooked! Selling has been so much fun and I have had contact with so many wonderful people within the Ebay community around the world.
Originally, I am from Baltimore, but my husband and I have called Winston-Salem, North Carolina home for more than 25 years. It is a great town, full of colleges (Wake Forest, Winston-Salem State, Salem College, North Carolina School of the Arts), home to major corporations like Sara Lee, R.J. Reynolds and Krispey Kreme, and is noteable as a center of the arts, science and technology.
My daughter, Kim, and her husband have two children: Riley and Aidan. I became rileysmimi on Ebay before Aidan was born--so I hope he won't feel left out!
My husband and I have owned, CampusColors (campuscolorsonline.com) since 1987. We market screenprinted and embroidered apparel and spirit items to high schools and colleges in NC/ SC.
I am an award winning, published poet and short story writer and have completed a novel and am looking for an agent (know one?). I write and edit correspondence, resumes, brochures and promotional materials and am happy to forward examples if you are in need. In addition, I create "Art Pawtraits", digitally inserting pets into old world portraits. Think of your favorite Fido as King Henry VIII.. I print these out on canvas and frame and they really are a hoot!
I am proud of my positive feedback and work hard to maintain it. I try to be honest and forthcoming with my descriptions, but as my disclaimer says, I am no expert so please ask questions if you have any and I will try my best to give you straightforward answers, and will send as many photos as you need to make a studied decision whether or not to bid.
I haunt thrift stores and yard sales for things that catch my eye. If you visit my Ebay store, Auctioncats, you will find an eclectic selection of just those items--and maybe one or two will catch your eye too.
