Well ... Why am I here? It all started out with Riley and my need to find him cool stuff, whether it's bandana's, toys or whatever catches my eye (you see the dog is completely spoiled). His toy collection is ridiculous. A bit about Riley ... he's a LabX, who we adopted from Silver Lake Rescue when he was about 6 wks old., he is a year old (1/05), and still quite a puppy. He loves to desqueak and destuff toys, likes to defuzz tennis balls, and has a personal problem with any toy that has something "sticking out" of it. Should it have feet, he chews them off, hands ... gone, tail ... gone!
We do some agility training to work off all of that extra energy he has, and I really think he enjoys it as much as I do. He's hilarious and keeps me on my toes.
I started making Riley bandanas, then selling them at his obedience classes (we went to classes for a year, and now we're doing agility classes). From there came the jewelry, I love tinkering and love cute things for dogs. I thought I'd try selling on eBay, to see if I could find other people who love to spoil their furkids as much as I do.
Well ... I have met so many awesome pet people since I've opened my store. Just that alone has made it worth it! It's great seeing the pictures of these pups and hearing their stories. We have a little corner of the virtual world where we have pictures of Riley's furfriends that have been emailed to us.
