We are the top Source and Seller of Chrome Diopside in the world. With a mine in Siberia, Russia, we’re able to supply very consistent quality in all calibrated shapes and sizes.
We buy our Ceylon Sapphires at the source – the mining towns in Sri Lanka. Check our store for a list of our current inventory in pink, blue, yellow and other fancy color Ceylon Sapphire. Each sapphire is tested twice for authenticity, once at the source, and another time at our factory to weed out synthetics from unsavory miners.
We manufacture our jewelry – that means we can make most things in different sizes, or gold content – if you see something of ours and it isn’t your size or you wanted it in white gold instead of yellow, or vice versa, just contact us and let us know. Please allow for 6 weeks delivery time for custom orders.
Our Return Policy
We offer a generous 30-day return policy (unless otherwise noted on the auction). We’re friendly, offer good customer service, and are here to make sure you’re happy with your purchases.
Our Shipping Policy
We want you to get your products as quickly as possible at a reasonable rate. That is why we have chosen the US Postal Service as our sole delivery method. We pack items very carefully, and ship via 1st class mail with delivery confirmation. We will combine shipping on all of the auctions you win from us at our base fee plus $1 per extra auction as long as you pay for them all at the same time within 7 days of the initial auction closing. We may require insurance – it will be posted as such on the auction. International shipments cost more to send. All fees are posted on each auction.
Package Loss Policy
We want you to get your products as quickly as possible at a reasonable rate. That is why we have chosen the US Postal Service as our sole delivery method. If a domestic shipment doesn't arrive it is categorized as lost. Because our shipments are insured, we can send a replacement package or refund the original purchase price, but we cannot do so until the package is formally declared lost. This must be sometime after 30 days of the original shipment for domestic (inside the USA) packages, and sometime after 45 days of the original shipment for international packages. There is a 60 day limit on declaring a package lost. We may require you to fill out paperwork, but we ask you to be patient during the initial 30 day period.
How to Pay
You can use ebay’s checkout, or contact us if you need help calculating a total. Use ebay’s checkout before 7 days after your first auction closes. If you wait any longer ebay will not let you combine your items. You may always contact us sales@riogems.com if you need help. If you are sending in any payments, be sure to write a reference number or ebay item numbers the payment is for, as well as your ebay user id, so we can match your payment with the right auctions.
