I am writing my own cookbook and cook full time for a salon and spa. I also do private catering and sell "happy cakes", ie: Rum,Irish Cream, Cream de Cocoa, Grand Marnier, Amaretto and etc. I also do candy bar cakes. When buying, I buy itmes I can cook with or serve on.
I most enjoy developing my own recipes and trading recipes with older people so that they can be updated and used in today's cooking. Some of these recipes date back to the late 1800's.. I consider it an homor to save some of these reecipes and make sure that when they and possibly me have gone, something that was important will remain behind
