Bottom line, I want you to be happy with your item. I honestly make a great effort to describe my items and any flaws in detail. If I missed something, trust that it was an honest mistake and contact me about it.
COMMUNICATION
I can not possibly email every buyer with every detail of their transaction. I am a stay at home Mom who enjoys selling on Ebay for fun and some extra income. If you have any questions or concerns I will do my best to respond quickly.
SHIPPING TIME
I ship 3-5 times per week to ensure you get your items quickly. Sometimes things get held up in the postal system which is beyond the seller's control. If your package is taking longer than you think is reasonable, please check the ship date before leaving less than 5 stars.
SHIPPING COST
Please note that USPS shipping rates and gas prices have gone up considerably. I print labels from home with delivery confirmation using Paypal's shipping link. I use sturdy mailers/boxes so your items arrive safely. Please consider rate changes and additional costs involved before leaving less than 5 stars.
Until the recent changes in Ebays feedback policy, I was able to maintain 100% feedback for over 5 years. Since the changes, some buyers have been quick to leave less than positive feedback without allowing me to address and fix the problem. Communication is the key to resolving any issues and concerns. If I don't know there is a problem, I can not fix it.
