A little about us:
RJ's Corner Shop was created as an Ebay "General Store". We specialize in a "little bit of everything", but our main product line is gently used clothing. We list a variety of different products such as collectibles, jewelry items, Christmas ornaments, hunting and fishing gear, and just about anything that we find or don't need that someone else might like.What you will NOT find here are threats about using our images or reporting people. We have NOTHING to do with the VERO program and never will. If you really want my crummy photography that bad, help yourself. We want our customers happy, not walking on eggshells. |

Payments:
We accept and prefer Paypal for both US and International transactions. Payment is due within 5 calendar days of auction end or purchase date. Due to the increasing number of fradulent money orders and checks in circulation, we no longer accept checks or money orders.

Policies:
Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please email us and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem. We will accept returns if the item arrived damaged or was inadvertently misrepresented, or if we made a mistake or omission in measurements, and will issue a full refund. We do ask that you return clothing items in the condition you received them, unworn and unwashed with tags attached and intact. Please email us if you have not received your item or if there is any problem at all. Our guarantee is to do everything within our power to correct any issues with any item we sell.
FEEDBACK POLICY: It is not our policy to use feedback for communication; we would appreciate that you email us with any problems before leaving feedback.

Shipping:
We ship the same day or next business day payment is received, with the exception of personal checks, which have a 7-business-day hold. We usually ship USPS First lass, Parcel Post or Priority Mail within the United States. Please be aware that while Parcel Post is a little cheaper, it can also be SLOW. We ship Airmail Letter Post, Airmail Parcel Post, or International Priority Mail internationally. We do not use Economy Surface shipping because it is too slow (4-6 weeks) and we do not use Global Express because the cost is prohibitive to our buyers. We cannot negotiate shipping charges. We will combine shipping charges for multiple auction items won; please wait for our invoice before paying.
We do not use UPS unless we are selling big items. It makes absolutely NO sense to me why anyone would use UPS for small items.
