Ebay Policies
General Return/Exchange Policy:
We have a three step inspection process to inspect merchandise extremely well before listing. As with anything, even brand new merchandise, there can be minor defects which are not returnable. Damage from opening the package (or anything else) is not returnable so be careful. Exchanges are acceptable for size and/or style. Buyer pays our standard shipping charge plus a 5% fee. 15% restocking fee deducted from another other returns (no exceptions). This restocking fee also applies for cancellations for any reason. Shipping is never refunded. We must be contacted regarding item to be returned within a week of original shipping in order to provide instructions on return proceedure. We must receive item to be returned within two weeks of original shipping date. Payment Information:

For Paypal we ONLY ship to confirmed addresses for US buyers. Paypal's seller's protection is only for confirmed addresses. Great feedback is not a Paypal criteria. You may confirm your address with Paypal without a credit card, they DO offer an alternative confirmation (please see link below under Favorite Links).
Money Order/Cashier's Check. Must be mailed within 3 days of auction end. We do not take responsibility for lost or delayed mail.
Note: Sorry, we can not take personal checks. All payment is due within 10 days of auction end. SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We ship most weekdays and often the same day. We rarely ship on Saturdays. We ship USPS. Buyer pays all shipping and handling charges. Either the flat rate price will be listed in the shipping charges or there will be a shipping calculator in the auction. Insurance is usually optional. The insurance cost is based on the final selling price, starting at $1.35. Insurance required for packages valued over $100. International Buyers:
Must pay all additional shipping expenses. Payment options vary from domestic buyers. Generally we prefer Paypal for international buyers. We can not take Money Orders from Canadian buyers unless they are Canadian Postal Money orders in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse international buyers. We will not mis-represent information for customs on International purchases. NOTICE TO WINNING BIDDER:
You will get a notice from Paypal within minutes of the auction end if you prefer Paypal. If you prefer another payment method, the Paypal notice has information for alternate payment options, totals etc. If you have multiple items,please notify us by email so we can give you a total for combined shipping. We WILL leave POSITIVE feedback for you, assuming this is a successful transaction. Non-paying bidders WILL get negative feedback. We WILL notify you the day we ship.
