| Hi, I'm Rob Michael. Most of the stuff I sell on eBay would either end up in a garage sale, or more likely, get donated to Goodwill or Navy/Marine Corps Relief Society. Instead, I prefer to open up my wares to the world at great prices (dirt cheap in many cases) and only charge you for shipping what it costs me. If I overcharge you for shipping, I will PayPal you the difference; I think it's criminal to overcharge for shipping. I charge a nominal "handling" charge that covers the cost of accepting your payment on PayPal and the cost of listing the item. I list many items for 1 cent, so I actually lose money on the deal if I don't defray my operating expenses. I've had to go to PayPal-only for now since eBay did away with Money Orders , Cashier's Checks, and personal checks for most items. I reuse boxes from stuff I order on the Internet, a lot of it from eBay, and I try to get stuff to the Post Office the day of, or the day after you pay me. If you picked Media Mail or Parcel Post as your shipping method of choice, please don't give me a lower score on shipping time because you chose a slower option. Many times Priority Mail and Parcel Post are going to be very close in cost. I offer Media Mail for those items that qualify - usually computer games. For international shipments, I'll try to find the three cheapest ways of sending something (my handling "fee" will be based on the most expensive of the three, usually to East Asia). |

| So that's my promise to you. Straightforward, honest eBaying, while only charging you actual shipping costs with minimum "handling" overhead. Sometimes my item descriptions are pretty terse either because you get some of the automatic information filled in by eBay, or you're looking for an older, harder to find, or unique item - either you know what you're looking for, or if you're not sure about the listing, then it's probably not what you're after. Most of my auctions are for technology-related items, such as older computer parts, video games, cell phone, PDA, and MP3 players and their accessories. If for some reason you're not happy with what you got, please, e-mail me before you consider neutral or negative feedback - I'm sure we can work something out that's mutually agreeable. My policy on feedback is simple - you leave positive feedback, you'll get positive feedback, but you as the buyer have to leave it first. Sorry, but that's defensive mentality sellers have adopted on eBay in order to return the favor for neutral or negative feedback if you're so determined to give a bad rating when you could have worked something out to your satisfaction - usually you just have to ask.
