WAREHOUSE is located in picturesque historic downtown La Crosse Wisconsin, and has been an all ages concert venue since 1991. Over the past 15 years, WAREHOUSE has hosted thousands of bands working their way up, from FALL OUT BOY to MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE, from DESCENDENTS to NINE INCH NAILS. WAREHOUSE is one of America's longest running all ages no alcohol independent concert venues.
During that time we have accumulated 1000s of concert-related items, the bulk of which are custom-designed concert posters created specifically for a one day event. 95% of these posters were hung up around Wisc/Minn/Iowa to promote these shows, so they are gone for good. The remaining posters will be put on Ebay in our new EBAY STORE (WH POSTERS) and in the occasional auction until we go insane from sorting posters. We've also got rare press photos, CDs, autographed items, and especially, our enormous posters (ranging from 3 feet by 5 feet to an Audition poster that is 5 feet by 10feet!). Warehouse is known for its giant posters, and these posters are often seen in band rehearsal spaces (as represented in photo collages in CD artwork, on television on shows like Behind The Music, etc). Over the course of the past 15 years, the posters have gone from crude black and white art to full color, but one thing has remained the same: These are exceptionally rare posters, unavailable anywhere else. In some cases these posters are one of a kind; in other cases, the band has one copy of a giant poster, and you can get the only other copy! When you win an auction from us, you are helping sustain a venue that does not operate by selling alcohol, a venue that is not supported by the United Way, by the YMCA, or by church-affiliated groups. Unlike the "Y", the Boys & Girls Clubs, etc., we are completely, (although barely) self-sustaining. But by operating without one of the forementioned organizations as a sponsor, we are able to provide an entertainment source for teens and young adults that is free of any unnecessary outside influences. Concert goers can feel comfortable without drunk people surrounding them, and without anyone preaching at them, or putting controls on the type of music that they want to hear, or lecturing them about how they should think. There is not much income in the operation of a no alcohol venue, and the operating costs are just as substantial as other businesses. We look at this new eBay Store as a way to raise money, without walking around with our hand out, constantly asking for donations. There is a church-sponsored "youth center" nearby that operates in that mode, but we do not feel that squeezing individuals or businesses for funding is the way to be good citizens. When you give us money, you get a great piece of music history in return! Remember, these are not posters you will find in a store and you can by anytime -- these posters are almost all one-of-a-kind, created uniquely for one single event. For a fan, a super-fan, a collector, or just someone looking for unique cultural art for their wall -- you will never find anything like these giant posters.

The Warehouse is only open during concerts, and the remainder of our time is spent designing posters, booking shows, dealing with bands and road managers and publicists and agents, traveling throughout Wisc/Minn/Iowa hanging posters, and now, organizing all of these Ebay sales. It would be impossible for us to arrange pick up for auction wins, so we will mail your item to you and you'll receive it at your door within a few days of payment.
